Putin is incapable of opening another front | Latvian PM Andris Kulbergs

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has called on the country's security services to remain on high alert following intelligence received after CIA chief John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow. The developments have raised questions about whether Vladimir Putin could be preparing to target a NATO member.

“Russia is losing in its military activities in Ukraine,” says Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs in an exclusive interview with TVP World. According to the Latvian leader, Russia is losing around 34,000 troops per month and is therefore incapable of opening another front. However, he also warns that Moscow remains a serious hybrid and cyber threat, particularly during election periods.
