To Parliament now, where it's been a busy and dramatic week for the Section 89 Impeachment Committee, as legal and political battles threaten to delay its work.

The challenge to the committee's decision to rescind the recommendation of Advocate Thandazani Madonsela as evidence leader, will be heard in the Western Cape High Court next Friday.

The committee has voted to oppose the application, but has also agreed to put the appointment of an evidence leader on hold until the court has ruled.
