Brown Mogotsi's bail application set for 22 September 2026

Brown Mogotsi will hear on the 22nd of September whether he will be freed on bail.

The Johannesburg Magistrate's Court has reserved judgment in his fourth bail application.

The North West businessman, and self-proclaimed political fixer, faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, perjury and defeating the ends of justice, after he allegedly staged an attempted assassination in Vosloorus 2025.
