SME on The Agenda | Plumber grows business through skills development

In a country with fewer women who are plumbers and artisans, Nedbank and Fix Forward have stepped in with a R20 million artisan programme for nearly 600 SMEs.

Their goal is to shift the narrative from job seeker to job creator. One of the beneficiaries of this program is Mandisa Hadebe, based in KwaZulu-Natal.
