Today, she is the founder and CEO of Maid4U, where she leads a growing franchise network that provides screened, trained domestic workers, nannies, caregivers, and gardeners - while helping households to navigate contracts, payroll, and compliance. What started as one woman's response to a broken system has become a scalable business model that creates jobs.
