True Fitness staff, trainers caught off guard by sudden closure

Yeah last time when California Fitness closed down, I end up paying the package to the bank for the next 2 years despite the centre closed . We even file for claims as advised but didn't get back anything.

I can't stop stressing do not believe in membership or package. just not worth the risk.

Got burned by them during COVID with a 3month package and It was impossible to book slots for a basic workout, while their PTs were prioritising those who booked PT sessions with them to get their customers into the gym. I'm glad this scamy business is gone.

Whatever package you're thinking of buying (whatever business)....think again, moral of the story.

Victims of True Yoga founder lifetime pass. But then I already enjoyed their service for more than a decade. Back then not that much real yoga outlet in sg.<br><br>Am too tired today and will rest tomorrow. Gotta think about this True Yoga and start to submit my claims follow up and haven&#39;t decided if I will go CASE to open a complaint as that cost some money too. From my understanding we need to submit for claim with evidence like our purchase records and payment receipts etc before October something. Then the company will file the claims for business partners, staff and customers. For True Yoga everything looks fine even till 7/9/26. Am disappointed but honestly I already knew it most likely won&#39;t really be lifetime when I sign up for the membership. Personally I don&#39;t believe in real lifetime membership in Singapore as we don&#39;t really have any business been ongoing for more than 100 years at all. Too tired to really make major decisions right now.

Lucky i just use ActiveSG gym.<br>No need for long term, pay as you go only.

For those ministers that got salaries increased, can you all do something that can help these victims?

Its a domino effect as many have lost their jobs nowadays so people have to give up all this expensive lifestyle membership thus it can no longer sustain such business to continue

Many probably were informed to keep hush hush...haiz government need to look into retrenchment benefits esp local if the co pull the rug under them, they can do for foreign workers why not local..... at the other end Ministers are getting a raise..talk about timing

True Fitness will have these people playing phone tag, wasting time and getting nowhere. They only tell their employees they&#39;ll help them because it keeps them relatively calm.
