The case against North West businessman Brown Mogotsi has been postponed to the 22nd of September. Cross-examination in his fourth bail bid was underway before the matter was adjourned. Mogotsi is accused of staging his own attempted assassination in November last year. He faces charges including defeating the ends of justice and unlawful possession of a firearm.
