Buying food from a livestreamer or an independent online seller? CASE executive director Dexter Tay shares three questions you should ask yourself:

1. Do you know and trust the merchant?
2. Is the deal too good to be true?
3. Does the food look suspicious when it arrives?

If a seller or livestreamer won’t answer questions on where the food comes from or why it’s so cheap, don’t buy it.
