Brown Mogotsi bail application continues

The State is expected to continue its cross-examination of North West businessman and alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi in his bail application on new facts when the case resumes in the Johannesburg Magistrates court today.

Mogotsi faces several charges including unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating or obstructing the administration of justice, and perjury.
