hold on.... He can't reenact the action, but the "nurses" on the jury telling the jury how the medications work, isn't a violation? lol huh?.... according to the women jurors that came out said "she loved her kids so the only way she could do this is if she was crazy" or something along those lines lol........ sounds like they weren't using any logic whatsoever. If that went through, a lot more people will kill other people and just say "Only crazy people kill people so I wasn't in the right state of mind"

It is totally inappropriate that these jurors, especially the male juror, have come out and said horrible things about the one juror. This man is not present to defend himself. Jurors should not be able to talk about how they deliberated and what went on in the room even after the trial. I think this juror was bullied by the rest and he just stuck to his convictions. To talk about things that he said or did behind closed doors us just terrible.

She is guilt as sin. if she snapped and killed one of her kids, i might be able to understand it, but it takes a long time to suffocate or drown someone, and she did it three times. Additionally, post partum psychosis is different the post partum depression. post partum depression can happen up to one year after giving birth, post partum psychosis only is not only incredibly rare but only happens up to two weeks after giving birth. Her most recent baby was 8 month old. She systematically suffocated her 3 kids one by one squeezing the life out of them. She needs to be put away for life or the death penalty.

She did viciously kill her children. That is a hard thing to get past. We cannot rely on emotions in situations like this. What if more mothers kill their children bc of supposed PP psychosis? Is this presenting a dangerous example if Clancy is deemed not responsible for what she's done? How did mothers over the centuries raise large families? She was able to return a phone call and pretend everything was fine. A psychotic person should not have been able to behave normally all day.

Our mental health treatment in the US is an abomination and we have a growing epidemic of mental illness. I don’t doubt that she experienced serious malpractice from her quack doctors - regardless the fact that she had to take at minimum 5-8 minutes per child - at some point she could have realized that killing her kids with her own hands while watching them die - she had to have known and had a realization to stop. Maybe she’s demon possessed. She for sure should not be allowed to walk the streets - either prison or an institution- she’s nuts and possessed. That said - sounds like the jury was a bunch of circus animals and clown act - I am just shocked at the interviews and the things being said by all of them speaking. All so unprofessional and all childish
