They only do this when they want free booze to drink and sell. I know, because in Covid we used to buy all our liquor from a police van, which used to sell liquor 200 mtrs from Pinetown police station. Then when they sold out, they used to simply drive back to the police station and refill and come back. It was basically a state sponsored shebeen on wheels.<br>But then, we all know this.
