Jimmy, the FCC wants equal time? publish the information of date and time specific during a show. put James and Ken on at the same time and you ask both of them the same questions, if ken is a no show, he had an opportunity for his equal time. the rule does not state say anything about different times or formats. Equal Access: If a station lets one candidate use its airwaves, it must offer the exact same amount of time to other candidates in that race.
