As New York City marks 25 years since the September 11, 2001 attacks, former school principal on Manhattan's Upper East Side and a Columbia University child mental health expert reflect on how educators helped kids cope in the days and years that followed.

International literary consultant, Dan Feigelson had just started as the principal of P.S. 6 Lillie D. Blake School when the attacks happened.
