This story is so weird. I've been to Manny BAPS temples and saw many women in positions of authority and attendees. Given how France forbids headscarves due to racism. I wonder if this story is more of the same.

BAPS don&#39;t represent the rest of the people so called &#39;Hindus&#39;. BAPS is Gujarati cult and hardly anyone knows them outside their community. They don&#39;t represent India neither the term Hinduism.
