The company responsible for exams are blacklisted and still given contract , OSM marking has no transparency and whoever can edit the marks whenever and no trail is available for double marking the copies , data is stored in singapore even contract says data should be stored within BPSC management system , and many more including the BPSC clarification on minimum marks in essay , in one notice it says 0 and in other it says 5 . even BPSC don't know and understand the rules and most of them must have been selected by corrupt means as their asset data is also not available with chairman being involved in corruption cases going on in courts . the BIPARD trainee dont know how to write "first , august , trekking , independence , hill , mountain , visit etc .what type of offficers they are making ? , corrupt will only loot more and more with the help of current government . i was strong supporter of BJP but now shifted to NOTA .
