Is AGI – human cognition-level Artificial General Intelligence – here? Depends who you ask – and what definition they're using. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang says "AGI has arrived" while Elon Musk predicts human-level AI is close. But researchers are divided, with some arguing the claim is corporate hype, not scientific fact. Theoretical physicist and Columbia University professor Brian Greene, who spoke with CGTN's Tian Wei, offers a different warning. He suggests AI may develop an intelligence radically different from our own – producing breakthroughs humans may not have the brain power to understand, and even finding the unified field theory, the holy grail of physics, that eluded Einstein. Are we ready for that future? #AGI #Podcast
