Dolomite hinders Vaal residential development

The Gauteng Provincial Government says it wont be able to build houses for residents of Ramaphosa Informal Settlement in the Vaal because the land on which they are located is dolomitic.

This emerged during an Imbizo held in the area on Wednesday afternoon.

However, residents insist that they want a reliable supply of water and electricity, a school and a clinic.
