Iran is of course completely right in not allowing inspectors in. There is a high likelihood those inspection will be used to gather information for a potential US ground operation to steal nuclear material. Besides that, there is no point in inspections, even while Iran fully complied and even US secret services said there was no evidence Iran was developing a nuclear weapon the US and Israel accused them of doing so and attacked them anyway.
