As a stay at home mom, it's hard to be home. Not because I don't want to be home with my children, because I do, but it is hard. Financially we have had to make a lot of sacrifices over the years and missed out on vacations, new cars and other such luxuries. It is what it is, and I have no regrets, but I wouldn't turn down making things easier as long as our taxes don't go up.
As a single mother, I had no help and I do not support this at all. I divorced a gambler and chose not to remarry. It is truly stupid to require mothers to be married. Our elected officials should focus on paying down the national debt and keeping American citizens safe. Period.
