Gaza ceasefire under pressure as Israeli strike destroys homes in Al Shati

An Israeli airstrike has destroyed residential homes in Gaza City’s Al Shati refugee camp, according to an Al Jazeera field report from the scene.

Hind Khoudary reports from the ruins, where residents say they had only minutes to evacuate before the strike. Several homes were destroyed, leaving families displaced and without shelter.

The report also documents strikes on homes in Al Nuseirat and Khan Younis, raising questions over the effectiveness of the ceasefire and whether military operations against Palestinians are continuing despite the truce.
