Defence in the Joseph Mudolo fraud trial to seek the judge's recusal

The defence in the trial of Joseph Mudolo and others says it will bring an application on Thursday for the judge to recuse himself.

The accused have appeared in Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on charges of money laundering, racketeering and fraud.

They relate to an investment scheme tied to fugitive preacher, Shepherd Bushiri's church.
