On the show today we are speaking with the man at the heart of France's food supply chain..
Stéphane Layani is the head of the Rungis wholesale food market, the largest of its kind in Europe..and chairman of the World Union of Wholesale Markets. Earlier this year Mr. Layani came out with a book Le Monde a faim...which translates to English as "The world is Hungry".. 

He tells us how he sees France's food system transforming in the coming years.
