Ceuta border crossing an "attack on the EU's border" - Ex-Spanish FM

Ceuta border crossing was "an attack on the EU's external border using humans as a tool," former Spanish FM tells #EuropeToday.

Arancha González-Laya called on the EU to "help protect better" the bloc's external border in Ceuta and said the crisis there, after 80,000 migrants from Morocco crossed into the city illegally, should be characterised as a "hybrid attack."
