In response to the incident, according to Reuters news agency, China's foreign ministry said: "Don't know the details of the situation, but China's position on South China Sea arbitration case is clear and consistent. We advise some people in the Philippines to stop trying to stir up trouble" and to "stop undermining bilateral ties and stability in the South China Sea."

China is not going anywhere and they already integrated South China Sea as a Province of China. But Philippines have jurisdiction over West Philippines Sea under UNCLOS 112miles and 250miles from shores to middle of SCS
