They should sanction Israel itself. The Israeli government is complicit in the actions of these "settlers".
Both Israel and Russia should be brought to justice. That's the fairest way to achieve world peace and stability plus to curb additional conflicts as much as possible.
I wish these countries supporting the ban would stop tiptoeing around the real issue. More needs to be done. A more comprehensive sanction plan needs to be implemented on the entire country. Israel has been ignoring a multitude of international laws for quite sometime. The ‘only democracy in the Middle East’ is not connected to anything or anyone around it Disconnection from the majority of the global community is what is required for tangible change.

we need EU wide sanctions on the Israeli state, not just on illegal settlements. The EU-Israel Association agreement must also be suspended, a country led by war criminals should not enjoy the privilege of such close relations with the EU
