Witness D Case | Murder accused Matipandile Sotheni back in court

Former Special Task Force member Matipandile Sotheni is back at the Brakpan Magistrate's Court in connection with the murder of Marius van der Merwe, also known as Witness D at the Madlanga Commission.

The State is expected to provide an update on outstanding forensic evidence, which could pave the way for the matter to be transferred to the High Court for a trial.
