Nagoya hit by flash floods after torrential rainfall

Nagoya in central Japan was battered by torrential rain late on Tuesday (Sep 8 ), flooding roads, railway tracks and other infrastructure. Authorities raised flood warnings to the highest level as an all-time high of about 104mm of rain fell in just one hour. The city has since been designated for disaster relief. #japan #japannews
