THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO DELIBERATE SOLELY ON THE FACTS AND EVIDENCE PRESENTED IN THE CASE. NOT PUSH THEIR OWN BIAS OPINIONS... AND YOU, THE ONE SPEAKING FIRST ... I’ve served on juries (plural). For a foreperson to call out a single juror to the judge for not agreeing with the rest of them tells you there was a lot going wrong in that jury room. Especially bullying.
