Europe is becoming a third world continent with the Socialist programme of levelling down to accommodate migrants.

They slumped because of uncontrolled mass immigration. The foreigners are dragging the numbers down.

All these foreign children from poor countries bejbg enrolled into western schools is pulling down national literacy rates. Do these same tests on children of native born citizens and I can guarantee you'll get drastically different results

Schools stopped teaching in 1982. Because of a stupid report that said Schools were failing. They began testing. Useless greedy leaders win when the population is stupid. But mark my words, not every country will strive for stupidity in their population. That country wins the final game.

We could all have been getting better if we hadn't all utterly failed so hard at the World Wide Web which was (before Social Web/2.0) an ideal way to share the world's knowledge. My daughter came home from secondary school some years ago to tell me she'd made a web page. I asked her what she edited it with (expecting a text editor) and she looked puzzled. "We used Powerpoint". Wtaf?
