Closing arguments in Mbense murder bail application: Calvin Dludla reports

The state has argued that the six accused in the case involving suspected EMPD Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi should remain behind bars. It says there are compelling reasons to deny them bail.

The case relates to the killing of businessman Emmanuel Mbense in 2022.

The accused appeared in the Brakpan Magistrates' Court, east of Johannesburg.
