Native breed, national shield: 12 police dogs make debut in E China

Twelve Chinese native-bred police dogs made their debut at China’s third Public Security Tech Expo.

The lineup included dogs with striking blue or dark brown irises, and large and black-coated dogs wearing goggles to shield their eyes from intense UV rays and snow glare.

These breeds are already serving across the country, detecting explosives, conducting rescues and tracking in highlands, mountains and forests. #coolchina #dog
