In many cases, across India, owners illegally construct beyond the approved levels. In some cases, building owners bribe the authorities for approvals which would endanger human lives. In this instant case, it is one of those two grounds. Netx time, another building may collapse in some other city or town. Its a pure reflection of corruption. Unfortunate 😢😢
