EFF challenges Impeachment Committee decision to rescind Adv Madonsela recommendation

The EFF has filed papers in the Western Cape High Court, challenging the decision of Parliament's Impeachment Committee to rescind the recommendation of Advocate Thandazani Madonsela as its chief evidence leader. The EFF is asking the court to declare this decision unlawful and set it aside.

It says it was an abuse of process on the part of the ANC.
