Building is one thing but both countries have s terrible track record of maintaining things. But hey i am sure there will be more holiday swaps now...where they can reminisce with bus tours of 40 people monitored by the party, where the haute cusine will be Western Spaghetti from a tin, if they want to revive those &quot;good&quot; old Soviet holiday days...have fun.
