Also wenn ich richtig gesehen habe, dann ist der innere Sicherungsring von der Antriebswelle im Getriebe geblieben - also zumindest habe ich den nicht auf dem Teil der Antriebswelle gesehen - und keine Ahnung wie ihr da in den USA repariert, aber in DE könnte ich da nicht ruhig schlafen - den Ring hätte ich mit Magnet o.ä. raus geholt. Und für den Besitzer des Autos, der sollte sich mal MASSIV Gedanken machen, weil wenn Dir das auf der Autobahn passiert, bei zb. 250 km/h dann war es das ganz schnell mit dem Leben - also er hatte Glück, dass es vor der Waschanlage war. Nur fahre ich jetzt auch schon 45 Jahre Auto, aber ein Traggelenk habe ich noch nicht abgerissen.

I've had this happen to my car less than a block from my house and the tow truck driver tried to drag my car onto his truck and it would've wrecked my front end of my car if he did it but I was able to jack my car up like this and move my car.

Honestly respect you so much for your dedication, your amazing attitude, and your whole mission to help those who need it. I'm starting a mechanic apprenticeship soon, and I hope I can help people like you do whenever I see someone broken down etc. I was just wondering if you could recommend some basic electrical tools that I would find useful in my career, E.g Impact wrenches etc and things that you use on a daily basis. I've already found a great professional hand tool set, but I'm just unsure about the electrical tool side of things. Any suggestions would be amazing! Keep up the great work!

Hey , I just got my struts and shocks changed out on my 2014 bmw 320i , the struts I bought are saying they are the right brand for my car , everything fits but when I went to drive it my sway bar links disconnected on both sides, what could be the cause of this ? I do have to get an alignment not sure if that would help with the sway bar situation or should I wait to get the sway bar links fixed then alignment? Not sure why they would pop off ? Any suggestions anyone ? Please and thank you !

Always have the alignment checked after suspension parts have been replaced and also have the other ball joint checked for wear.

i remember the same thing happened to my Honda Accord thankfully It broke right in front of a mechanic shop and they fixed me up right away lol 😂 but also, I know a failing ball joint makes a really bad and noticeable noise and you can feel it in the wheel too so its kinda crazy that he prioritized going to the car wash instead of the mechanic lol

I am no mechanic by any means, but I can't afford one, so I do what I can. Myself to date today is the hardest thing I ever did. I put a new alternator in my 2019. Nissan Murano took me 8 hours.
