As my dad always says " Life must go on ". Your mom is your guardian angel now. Parker i feel you man I lost my dad and his birthday and the day he past were very hard days so I know your pain of losing a parent you loved unconditionally I will say it does get better but you do need to express those emotions suppression never heals the wound but crying is cathartic and helps the healing even if you think it is fine bottling is things up and expecting to be able to speak upon it will be a million times harder I do not mean cry on camera but make the video delete it a few times and never get frustrated at yourself for expressing the emotions loss causes in life much love brother I hope it gets better sooner rather than later for you man

I know and understand what youโre saying, I lost my mom last year, my dadโs been gone for 11 years now, I went to visit her twice and day and fed the kitties, raccoons, possums, and dogs that came to eat. I go by every day after work and put water and food down for them so I have to go into their house every day and I feel the loss, some days I donโt stay in there long because of the feeling. Donโt apologize for your feelings, never push them down, and always remember the life you had with them, good and bad. Stay strong and always keep love in your heart.

Number one, thereโs no shame in crying. My mom has been gone for 13 years and sometimes there is something that hits very hard and I still cry. But if I didnโt love her and miss her so much that wouldnโt happen. But the truth is, she was an awesome person and Iโll miss her until I see her again.

I lost my mom going on 5 years now. I was a mommas boy. Losing that kind of love is profoundly difficult. Iโm 59 now amd still cry as I now. They love us unconditionally and knowing that makes it a little easier. Call you mothers tell them you love them every chance you get because you never know when they wonโt be hear anymore

In a man's life that WILL be the hardest thing we'll ever go thru, the passing of a mother and the passing of your wife and in my 52y on God's green earth I've hadcto go thru both. I've had both my parents pass, my dad in 95 and my mom in 98, i was 21 when my dad and 23 when my mom and those were bed but when my wife passed at 46y that 1 hit hard, it's been 5 years since and still haven't slept a full night!! I have learned you mearly get thru the bad times you never truly get over them because a smell, a memory comes up and all your emotions come up again!! My only comfort is they are not hurting or in pain anymore.

My mom died on the morning of my birthday and the worse thing I didn't even know she was ill no one told me and I also spoke to her the day before none the wiser then 6am in the morning preparing for work my wife calls me saying my mom had suddenly died. Sorry if I shared too much.
