Zero self reflection on what lead to this. With all of the insane rhetoric the left screams about democracy everyone who disagrees with alternative opinions are being told their opinions don’t matter. Listen! Learn, Compromise! If you don’t it will backfire

Naturally, nobody in Europe wants the "milking cow" to become strong and independent, although, paradoxically, it's in everybody's interests that the German economy is productive, which obviously can't be achieved with the current regime in power.

Tusk and his corrupt left-wing government will be thrown out of power at the next election. Europe’s left-wing elites can already sense which way the wind is blowing — and they have every reason to be nervous.

Interesting that the analyst mentions many voters perceive the AfD as centrist. That corresponds to a large volume of social media posts which looked like Russian disinformation agent work pushing the idea that the AfD was mainstream and centrist. Right wing propagandists in the US are using a similar approach in the US midterm elections, calling centrist Democrats "extreme left wing" or "communist". This is a known Trump trick, trying to attach false labels like "communist" to Democrats and "law and order" to Republicans. Seems to also be very popular with Putin's disinformation army.

At 3:20 the NordStream issue comes up again. The way to arrive at the truth is through a court of law. There has been friction applied to prevent that, but that hasn't deterred the German prosecutors office.

Volodymyr Z. was arrested in Pruszków, a town near Warsaw, Poland on September 30, 2025. He was detained on a European arrest warrant issued by Germany. The suspect fought extradition in court.
Polish Prime Minister Tusk stated before the ruling that extraditing the Ukrainian national was "certainly not in Poland's interest, nor in the interest of decency and justice". Tusk has maintained that Europe's core issue regarding the infrastructure was that Nord Stream 2 was built in the first place.

Polish Prime Minister Tusk thus displayed his strict adherence to the principle of non-intervention in judicial matters.
Yay for Polish democracy. Model adherence to Western Value System, which Chancellor Merz vows to uphold.

The Warsaw judge rejected Germany's European arrest warrant, ordering the immediate release of Volodymyr Z.
Following the Warsaw District Court's decision on October 17, 2025, to block the extradition and release the suspect, Tusk welcomed the verdict on X (formerly Twitter) with the words: "And rightly so. The case is closed".

Ukrainian scuba diver Volodymyr Zhuravlev was arrested in Pula, Croatia, on August 19, 2026, based on a German European arrest warrant for the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline sabotage. Reports show he was in Croatia to consult on a film project about the pipeline explosions. German prosecutors identified him only as Vladimir Z., while Polish authorities named him Volodymyr Zhuravlev (also spelled Zhuravlov).
Current Status: German authorities are seeking his extradition a second time. Croatian courts must now decide on the request.

I'm a US/Swiss liberal. But this is what happens when political parties don't respond to their citizens. I'd never vote AfD and I'm sure there are some racists. But Germans have real concerns about immigration, the economy, and the German (and European) political elite seem to think they can just rule as they like and ignore the people. well, democracy doesn't work like that.
