China like surveillance state? How many americans have smart devices in there houses? Each smart device gathers info, records audio, tracks what you do regardless your consent or not. Its already a china like without them knowing and still they want more tech. The even apps you use its terms &amp; services you agree on such apps take your info, takes the activities you do, take all that isn&#39;t personal data like banking, social security, and personal info selling them to data brokers which us government buys them to basically making a profile of you, even your new cars track your data. <br><br>Overall.<br><br>US ALREADY HAS A CHINA LIKE SURVEILLANCE. Fun facts: You have no expectation to the right to privacy in public. Whether you&#39;re driving down a public roadway/highway or simply standing in your front yard ... if you are in public view, you do NOT have 4th Amendment (and sometimes related First Amendment) protections. Example - your vehicle must be legally registered and insured to travel on public roadways/highways. You must also clearly display a state-issued license plate on your motor vehicle. The license plate is property of the state from wich is was issued ... it is NOT personal property of the vehicle owner. Police do NOT need any reasonable suspicion nor probable cause to run the license plate of ANY vehiclein public view. Additionally, police can Constitutionally and legally check the status of any vehicle and registered owner for any reason such as validity of vehicle registration, warrants, stolen status or relation to any crime. The only people falsely complaining about this are those that don&#39;t know the U.S. Constitution and law ... or they are simply oxygen thief criminals.

ANYONE can observe you when you are out in public gping about your busniess. If you are not stealing cars, robbing banks, kidnapping people or vandalizing property what do you care if you&#39;re caught on the camera driving down the road. It&#39;s no different than a police officer in a patrol car seeing you do the same thing. <br><br>If you&#39;re just driving down the road going about your lawful business the cop has no business with you and you have no reason to be concerned about the cop.<br><br>We&#39;&#39;re already being far more monitored through our cell phones then with the Flock cameras.<br><br>And so some cops have abused them. Some cops have been abusing information they can gain through computers for decades now. You punished the wrongdoers. Not get rid of a system that is overall beneficial to society

Your neighbors&#39; Ring doorbell camera shows all your neighbors every time you and your vehicle leave your home. If it&#39;s out in public, even I can take photos of your license plate and do whatever I want with that info. All of this has always existed and is perfectly legal and it always will be.
