Madlanga Commission | Malatji on deployment of Adhoc services to Gubis85

Suspended Director for Asset Protection Services at the Tshwane Metro Police Department, Tshukudu Malatji, has denied instructing his subordinate, Major Lebogang Phiri, to allocate sites to Gubis85 Solutions in alleged irregular ad hoc services.

Malatji's denials against Phiri's contention that he got the instruction from him, faced further scrutiny as emails showed that he effectively instructed the deployment, which would bleed the city of approximately R82 million over 5 months.
