We need to deploy soldiers in SA especially in arrears where crime is high as the police are currently struggling to address crime.

Each week, and possibly each day, individuals are being killed in South Africa. It appears that those committing these crimes may take comfort in the fact that they will face minimal consequences, spending time in jail without significant punishment. There is a pressing need to reconsider capital punishment. We need to bring back the rope.
