Tete murder accused's bail application postponed

The bail application for two accused in the murder of two-time world boxing champion, Zolani Tete, has been postponed to Wednesday in the Mdantsane Magistrate's Court in the Eastern Cape.

Day three of application saw the lawyer of accused number two question the validity of his client's alleged confession.

Asanda Pakade argued that his client was not allowed to go through his statement, which includes the so-called confession.

Investigating Officer, Nkululeko Mtati, maintains that all the accused have confessed to their roles in the killing of Tete.
