Speaking at thew 12th IPU Conference in Uzbekistan, BJP MP Raghav Chadha highlighted India’s digital progress and UPI, stressing the need to expand access while safeguarding citizens’ rights.

He said the true test is ensuring people using the cheapest phones in the poorest districts have equal access, security and opportunities.
