The ClickFix scam is spreading in India through fake websites, APK files, PDFs and CAPTCHA prompts. Users are tricked into executing malicious PowerShell commands, allowing malware to infect their devices. Cybersecurity experts and Microsoft have flagged its rapid global spread. Never press Windows + R or run commands in PowerShell or Terminal at a website’s request.
