The true scale of the human cost of the disaster in Nepal is still emerging, with children among the most vulnerable. Thousands of people need food, water, shelter and healthcare following the floods. But experts warn that children also need psychological support and safe spaces where they can regain a sense of normalcy after the trauma of the disaster.
