But so has some seriously questionable behaviour.
What should be a harmless celebration of the start of spring has, in some cases, become a free-for-all.

With water fights spilling onto busy roads, people, vehicles being targeted, and reports of vandalism and violence. But beyond the incidents themselves is a bigger question about behaviour and the values we're nurturing.

When does mischief cross the line into recklessness?
When does having fun become disrespect?
