President Ruto maintains Tata Chemicals contract was exploitative

President William Ruto has maintained that the contract governing the extraction of resources in Magadi by Tata Chemicals was exploitative. Dismissing criticism from the Opposition after the company was shut down by the Ministry of Mining, the Head of State said the Magadi area will be opened up to more investors, saying extractive resources in the area have the potential to attract up to 10 investors.
