College student claims to have been detained for 3 days over bill

A popular entertainment joint in Kasarani is on the spot for detaining a college student for three days without food for allegedly failing to clear a 15,000 shillings bill. Victoria Wangui Maina, a TVET student, claims to have also been physically assaulted by the staff of the entertainment joint during the three days of detention.
