This war is the continuation of the Cold War, engineered by the US to weaken and destroy the Soviet Union and then Russia, for obstructing global US hegemony. Who really believes the US wants genuine long-term peace and stability for Russia? Just buying time for its proxy, Ukraine, and EU vassals.

I thought Ukraine wanted the US to get involved again in driving this peace process. Frankly, I think it's a waste of time for the US to get involved in European affairs to this extent.
