This really resonated with me. My only question is: what should I do after the four weeks? Should I continue eating this way, or can I go back to my normal eating habits? After that, would it be best to repeat the four-week plan again? I'm not quite sure.
@WellnessBlueprintMedia
Allison, thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing this incredibly personal journey! 💖🌟 I relate so much to the “hot girls have stomach problems” propaganda and thinking chronic bloating and fatigue were just normal parts of aging in our 20s. 🥺😭

Your 5-step protocol is so inspiring! 🥗✨ Hearing about how candida overgrowth was secretly feeding on sugar and carbs [05:00] was mind-blowing! I loved how you emphasized the importance of preparation—that chia seed pudding meal prep sounds like a lifesaver! 🍓🍮 Also, the connection you made between the gut-brain axis and how serotonin/GABA levels directly impact our mood and depression [09:20] is something not enough people talk about. 🧠🧘‍♀

I’m definitely going to try mouth tape and focus more on my sleep quality! 😴💤 Thank you for showing us that we don't have to accept mediocrity when it comes to our health. Keep thriving and glowing! 👏🌸🔥

Manifesting never worked for me and I felt genuinely crap about it. Watched everyone else talk about it like it was second nature while I just sat there feeling broken. Took Vera Hart's archetype quiz purely out of desperation, honestly didn't expect anything. Matched me exactly. Like, uncomfortably exact. Didn't see that coming at all. If you've been beating yourself up over this too, just try it. Costs you two minutes. ❤️
@jonas-r7g-l1y
@@jonas-r7g-l1y 2 months ago
I feel like I struggled most of my life with how to manifest. Sometimes it felt so out of reach that I decided to give that archetype quiz by Vera Hart a try, and it really did wonders. It matched my personal archetype exactly, and that’s how I finally figured out how to do it properly. I highly recommend anyone who struggled like me to try it as well! It only takes a couple of minutes anyway ❤️

I liked the video untl you started talking about chatgpt. Now I'm suddenly disgoused. Do some research on how demaging it is the environment or how unethical it is. Starting from the people working for less than two dollars a day to watch the worst of the worst on the internet just to train AI to filter it. Or how it drowe someone into suicide. It is also anti intelectual, by elaminating the time spent by critic thinking or doing rescearch.

This helps me to realize about my gut problem. Like i was over thinking and overwhelmed at the same time. Because no matter how i worked out or do some productive activity my gut wont still be healthy. And i started to think what about what i eat. And as you mentioned, carbohydrates. And as asian, rice is very important and we cannot live without it. But i was also aware of the consequences about. I just ignored it and think that if i eat less carbohydrates maybe i won't get bloated. Or sometimes i starved myself just to have a flat stomach. And now that i have answers in my problem, maybe i really need to get checked up. This video really helped me to find my answers. Thank you so much ✨💖

I have been really sick for the past two years and I can totally agree with how traumatizing the test are my mom said it’s not that bad but I have down 4 blood works, 5 or 6 urine test and 1 stool sample. And so many of them showed nothing, they found mold which took 3 rounds of pills to get rid of and h-pylori which the meds I had to take only lasted two weeks but it was brutal I eat barely nothing because it took all of my appetite and I felt sick and so tired. But I should hopefully be able to start recovering and getting my gut not to throw a tantrum any time I eat.

And if that’s enough to convince you to look more critically at AI use, please please look into the communities in the United States who are suffering from the expanse of data centers.

Even if that’s not enough, consider the impact of promoting it on your very successful social media page where young people who don’t yet have the critical thinking skills to engage with AI safely view your content. The gum and emulsifier point doesn't get said enough — most people trying to heal their gut are still eating protein bars that contain carrageenan, xanthan gum, sunflower lecithin, and seed oils that are actively working against the gut lining. If you're doing a gut reset, the packaged snack category is the sneakiest source of gut-disrupting ingredients. One exception worth knowing: That's All Protein uses zero gums, emulsifiers, seed oils or preservatives. Chocolate flavor: Grass-Fed Whey Protein, Organic Cacao, Organic Cashews, Organic Dates, Organic Almonds, Organic Cacao Butter. 6 ingredients, nothing that would inflame the gut. 15g protein. Not a sponsor — genuinely the shortest bar ingredient list we know of.

I only do one thing very consistently, I eat twice a day with a 16 hours of no eating. That alone heals me so much. I lost belly fat, my skin texture improves, I feel energetic and people told me I'm like people 10 years younger than me. I'm still working on other aspects: sleep quality, hair treatment, stress management, walking properly, reducing screen time (taking care of eye), skincare, etc... I hope you all who are working on your health, keep going on! Let's live long and healthy!

can't take u seriously with this chatgpt bs. also you dont need to starve the bacteria. as you change your diet, your stomach biome will adjust. you can do this more gradually or just include more protein and fiber along with the carbs. carbs are good for you. promoting anti carbs and the choice of the word starve, I wouldn't recommend this video to anyone, even if there are things in here that are based in science.
