Why wouldn't they just hire someone to buy and install the unit for them? How is this a real business?
Hey! I watch all your videos—they’re awesome and super motivating! But here’s the thing: I’m in Ukraine, dealing with constant missile strikes and bombings. How can someone pull off your business ideas without being in the US? We can’t even set up a Stripe account here. I know you’ve got some killer ideas for this!
they have washer hook ups in apartments?
I don't understand how people prefer rent something that in three months you can pay it and own forever.
Did dude just call Utah the land of the cheap?
The Most Overlooked $10K/M Business Anyone Can Start, if you have tons of $ to start it...
Smart kid!!! I ❤️ seeing these innovative youngsters! I imagine you can do this with refrigerators also.
Near the end.... i sont think he covered the "what happens if they don't pay and you have to reposses the items
Whats his insurance cover?
I wish they talked about people not paying lol I bet he have some stories 😂
I’m laughing because the person who actually helped him is the silent partner.
Mais quel traduction de nul
He basically is doing what Rent a Center has been doing for devades. It works. Hes a hustler.
Why would people rent 50 bucks a month when they can own it for the 100 you paid, strange
Do you have a contract for the rental agreement?
The idea is great, but the biggest issue with renting anything out is the quality of the tenant. Otherwise, when they leave, they might just take the appliances with them—and it would cost you more to try and get them back than they're actually worth.
This was a really well made video. Every question you asked was a question I had. <br><br>Enjoy my sub!
It blows my mind that people would rather rent a washer and dryer than just buy a set
This is one of the worst formats for a video I have ever seen. I am so shocked this is so popular.
A friend is a trucker, is well liked, and a guy at a big company told him to buy some heaters and their (large) company would rent from him. He did. They paid for themselves in 2 weeks.... He bought more.<br><br>I'm talking about heaters that are small trailers you need a decent pick up truck to haul into the back roads. They're used to heat well heads and piping that's tarped up.<br><br>He could charge every day for the heater trailers, extension cords, tarps, a bunch of stuff.<br><br>Some large companies have people who will p1ss away money and/or find a way to give their friends money for services.<br><br>'Why don't they buy their own?', I ask. Him 'I dunno. They just never do...'. Some companies just forever pay for services, rent things they're always going to need, etc.... They don't want to have to drag them around, train their people (even if training is 'turn it on...put fuel in there..').
People really would rather pay $50 a month over buying a used one for $250?
Great Video, by the way, Do I need to form LLC or DBA to start this business?
😂😂😂ok bro/)
What prevents someone from not paying and keeping the machines? How could you get your machines back if they tried that? Do you have to take them to court? I am coming into some money soon and this sounds like a great idea but I would worry about that situation. PLEASE let me know
why would anyone rent a washer for 12 months instead of buying it
Oh, based on the cover picture I thought money laundering. 😂
Just start with 30k, simple
If he burnt half of his life savings buying $1500 in washers how'd he afford $30k the next month
Who tf rents a washer and dryer... wtf world do we live in
Sometimes it amazes me how simple a money making business can be.
what if those who rent will stop paying?
This is a brilliant business idea.
When I was 23, I was in my room avoiding any unnecessary social contact and sinking into a deep depression. What a strange difference.
He said $60 used, $85 new. That’s for a complete set? Or per machine?<br><br>I’d imagine it would have to be one. Because he said a new set pays for itself in 4-5 months? Even at $85 a month that’s only $425 and a new set was more than double that.
This seems great until someone's house burns down from your faulty dryer!
What if they sell your washer and dryer?
One thing you didn't cover is how many people end up not paying??? What does he do when they don't pay and how hard is it to get your machines back? I'd love to know how much of a problem that is or if it's minimal.
Genius
oh wait. so the purpose of this is to sell me a program…. <br><br>I’m like why would someone give away their actual secret sauce.
I love this channel!!
How in the world do you get these people to pay usually I'm used to seeing people paying the down payment on the car and never pay another payment but trash it until it's gone how do you recoup your money
Question: is he only doing electric or is he also doing gas dryers
¡¡¡Qué audio tan insoportable y monótono...!!! No sé si es la IA, pero está fatal.
After 8 minutes into the video, I lost count on all the red flags in this video starting with him admitting he lied about being a "property manager". He didn't know what a vent was. He makes them sign a "non-binding contract". And we're supposed to believe he knows how to install with hvac, plumbing and electricity. It's all fun and games until someones house catches on fire. Hope he has liability insurance.
Step 1: have parents that will and can fund your desires.
That's great but what if the people that rent your machines trash them?
While all his high school friends are in college racking up debt for a degree they will never use, this man is going places. Definitely inspiring
Why TF does people not financing it from applience shops? <br>I bought one for 300$, financed it for 12 months.. 30$ a month with intrest.
I don’t understand why people rent washers and dryers and don’t just buy them
“Can you start with $0?” “Yes. So anyways I spent $6,000 on three sets of washers and dryers.”
This guy didn't think up shyt.<br>Renting appliances, furniture, electronics, computers, and more been around for over 50 years. Really washing machines, ever hear of Appliance rental?
What happens when they refuse to pay and your property is inside their house?
There's no way until he can make any real money from broken washing machines.
The translation in Russian turned out to be unbearably bad. I can't listen, no matter how useful it is
The reason that this business model works is not because its a good idea to rent vs. buy an appliance… its because people are not capable of picking up, installing, and maintaining appliances. That is the real service here.
tbh I would rather bought a second hand washer and dryer unless 50$ rent cost also convering my electricity bill
This also works in the US because, as far as I know, when renting apartments there, they don't include appliances. In other countries, particularly Russia, where I live, large appliances, such as refrigerators and washing machines, are usually already included in the apartment. If they aren't, you just need to negotiate a discount with the landlord and purchase the item. They'll also deliver it new from the store and immediately deliver it to your floor.<br>Therefore, I think this business strategy is more relevant in the US than in other countries.
I'm from Eastern Europe. We have a washing machine in every apartment in our apartment building. I've heard that in the States, in private homes, washing machines are located in the basement, but in apartment buildings, there are no washing machines, and people are forced to go to laundromats. But I don't understand why people would rent a washing machine for a year if it's cheaper to buy a new one and keep it forever? Why would people prefer to rent a washing machine? Is it because people move from one rented apartment to another every year? I also wonder where the washing machine is located? In the bathroom or in the kitchen? If there's no washing machine, where do the cold water hose, the drain hose, and the electrical outlet come from? Does every house really have a pre-prepared spot for a washing machine, and all you have to do is wire the water and electricity?
Won't work in New York City. Nobody pays their bills!
Brilliant
this works only in america
So this is why no one selling anything on Facebook responds? Some schmuck “testing the market”? Smdh
Why not start small, from home, one washer?
I hope he stays safe. Facebook marketplace has some crazy people. Good ingenuity on his part though
But where did he get the initial $30,000 once he realized it would be lucrative after the first 30 days? Also, what about getting a business license and being legit?? Was he legit after a month or two?
I just looked on craigslist and there is a free washer within a 20 minute drive from me
Milwaukee and Ryobi are made by the same manufacturer. Literally just a “higher end” “lower end” product
The only risk is that I don't earn my money back? No... the risk is that you spend $3,000 on washer dryer sets, rent them to people for $50 a month, then they stop paying and wont give them back. Now you are out $2,850.
Start with $0... "so yeah i dropped 30k in my 1st month" bro what ? 😅😂
Hello can please direct me to your video tha you was explaining how you can win government contracts by using Claude Ai it was you and a lady
$10K per month... and only working 5 hours per week? <br><br>Yeah, I'm not buying it.
Any<br>Third world country do that,
So this video inspired me to start this business, I scaled up to 12 clients, and then I posted the business for sale for $10,000 on FBMP just to see if anyone would buy, and sure enough within a month someone bought it for $10,000. I only had this business for about 5 months. It’s a great business, a lot more headaches than what’s talked about in the video, but still very worth it
Do people not realize that after a year of renting these they just paid for them?
So zero....except for buying the equipment, and the truck, and the van....
The problem I see is if they stop paying you have no way to get your product back. You can't go in their house and repo it.
Why would someone rent a wash machine
I know he said he got insurance, but how much insurance? One fire that wipes a place out and somebody maybe even dies…that’s like you’re going to be paying for the rest of your life
No written agreement!? What are you gonna do when some scumbag stops paying you for a monthly rental? How are you going to retrieve your merchandise?
How does he protect himself from theft?
Cool. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family
